Refund and Returns Policy
If some or all of the bottles in a case are broken when they are delivered, you should notify us within 48 hours of delivery. You may choose either to return the whole case or just the affected bottles for a refund.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of the return postage unless it was sent in error or was damaged when you received it.
Please notify us by email if you receive damaged items an ideally a picture of packaging/bottles damaged – firstname.lastname@example.org
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Please return items to the address below and email email@example.com proof of purchase and we suggest insuring to the value of your order.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. Further information about your rights is available from your Local Authority Trading Standards Department or Citizen’s Advice Bureau.
