We have taken fabulous Sky Wave Gin, and added Oxfordshire apples plus selected spices, to create this fabulous expression. In the Autumn and Winter, sipped neat, it’s a deliciously warming, fruity liqueur. But in the Summer it works incredibly well with ice and ginger ale for a long, refreshing drink. T
