Made in a fruit-forward style, this wine highlights the grape’s typical floral aromas, alongside bold flavours of forest fruits. The palate is well rounded and has an elegant, fresh finish.
After pressing, the wine underwent alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless-steel tanks. Once complete, thirty percent of the wine was passed to French oak barrels to age for between one and two months.
