Sadō "The Way of Tea"
Distillation of Sadō Gin takes place in small copper pot stills, 200 bottles at a time, in England. The key botanical is the exquisite Hojicha Japanese roasted green tea, grown in the Okumikawa region. The gin is then reduced to 46% of alcohol to best showcase all the aromas and flavours it contains.
It has magical range of botanicals Juniper, Hojicha Tea, Orris Root, Coriander seeds, Elderflower, Sweet orange peel, Lemongrass and pink peppercorn.
