The wine is sourced from a single cellar our master blender, Samantha Bailey, selected a number of cuvées to find the perfect blend. Composed of typical Provençal varieties of Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle. The Grenache brings notes of white peach along with red berry fruit. Cinsault offers delicate spice and a herbaceous twist. Rolle offers delicate floral aomatics of orange blossom and mandarin.
Delightfully crisp and refreshing, as Provence rosé should be. Powdery pink in colour, with notes of white peaches, redcurrants and mandarin.
Rosé is such a fantastic food wine making it a wonderful accompaniment to a wide range of summer dishes. The crisp acidity will be wonderful with some fresh seafood. Or perhaps even niçoise salad or try with a feta and spinach tartlet. Enjoy chilled and quaff liberally.
