A half bottle of our brut reserve sparkling wine. A light floral aroma with light citrus fruit notes on the nose. The palate carries through on ripe fruit and gives a full bodied, yet fruity taste with a lingering mouthfeel and gentle acidity. Fresh, fruity and quaffable.

Charmat is the technique of secondary fermentation in tank rather than in bottle which gives and light, crisp flavour designed for easy drinking.
