Fort Gin is an award-winning and very distinctive Gin made using three key botanicals that grow within the walls of our home at 18th Century Fort Cumberland - gorse flower, elderflower and sea radish. When combined with twelve other botanicals, Fort Gin is impeccably smooth, with warm spice, herbaceous notes, floral tones and a lovely sweet long biscuity finish.
