Description
To get that reduced bitterness and push the soft body you know and love with New England beers we opted not to add any hops in the boil, but we made up for this in whirlpooling with Amarillo Cryo to offer up a base aroma of citrus fruits on which we have introduced London Ale III yeast to further enhance the tropical fruit esters. We have continued to accentuate those tropical fruit flavours by dry-hopping exclusively with Cryo hops to offer the more tropical and fruit-forward top notes from the hops used – Amarillo, Columbus and Azacca without the bitterness and “green” notes we often get from standard T90 and BBC pellets.
