With Columbus BBC and Amarillo Cryo laid down as the base profile. We've created piney dank resinous and heavy bitter notes atop orange and grapefruit zest we have come to expect from a West Coast IPA. We pitched in a clean American ale yeast to allow the hop additions to shine through. As for the dry hopping we stuck with Columbus BBC and Amarillo Cryo for more of those classic West Coast flavours, and also introduced Azacca Cryo to bring in a pine and light tropical fruit note to meld everything together.
