A delightful fresh, zesty and characterful Organic Verdejo from the north of Rueda.
Fresh citrus and herbaceous characters on the nose. The palate has ripe stone fruit and an appealing texture. The finish is bright with crisp and zesty lime acidity.
Produced from the small vineyards surrounding the winery which are organically cultivated. The wine is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, and kept on its lees for 3 months, then rested before bottling.
Goes with- grilled or fried fish, herby summer salads, goats cheese and Mexican dishes.
