Chacabuco Viognie is absolutely beautifully created from two parcels of Viognier fruit from Maipu and Uco Valley have been blended together to make the Chacabuco Viognier. The combination of grapes from Maipu and the cooler climate, Uco Valley, ensure this Viognier is well-balanced, with plenty of fruit and refreshing acidity. Classic Viognier characteristics of peach and apricot fruit shine through with some floral and aromatic notes and a long finish. Medium bodied but maintaining a freshness and vibrancy. ABV 13% Unoaked
