Strawberries are always the first, around April, making the first few batches very strawberry heavy.
Next, gooseberries and raspberries start to ripen, and they get included in our recipe. Towards the end of the summer, it is the blueberries and blackberries that are at their best, so they, too, are embraced.
Our distillate stays the same, but the ingredients we use reflect the changing British summer and therefore make every bottle unique.
