Abingdon Gin – Lavender and Pine

This contemporary styled gin is full of floral botanicals and we created this gin to make the perfect summer gin & tonic. Notes of lavender and hibiscus are balanced with fresh pine needles and a little passion flower. The result is an aromatic flavour profile that’s crisp and fresh. Small batch produced with 8 botanicals and distilled locally in Abingdon. Awarded bronze medal at The World Gin Awards 2021 for ‘Best Contemporary Styled Gin’ category.
Tasting Notes –
Nose: Floral with hibiscus & elderflower most prominent.
Palate: Dry. Lavender that blends into crisp pine & juniper.
Finish: Light with notes of Earl Grey Tea.
Signature Serve – Serve tall over ice with classic tonic water & a sprig of fresh thyme.
