Romy’s Edition is a deliciously moreish limited-edition gin packed with flavour. With the help of chef Romy Gill MBE, 6 O'Clock have crafted a gin that portrays the unique flavours of India, using herbs and spices commonly found in Indian cooking and infusing the gin with the juice from the native mango. Enjoy this delicious gin as a G&T over plenty of ices and garnished with a slice of fresh mango.
Serve 50ml Romy’s Edition with plenty of ice, premium tonic water and a slice of fresh mango
for a refreshing G&T.
Simple Serve: High Tea Fizz
Pour 90ml hot water into a heatproof jug and stir in 2 tsp sugar until dissolved. Add 1 black teabag and
infuse for 10 minutes, before removing the teabag and chilling the liquid in the fridge for at least 30
minutes. Once the tea is chilled, remove from the fridge and stir in 25ml Romy’s Edition. Pour into an icefilled glass, top with 75ml brut prosecco and garnish with mint and/or mango.
Cocktail Serve: Mango, Ginger and Lime Negroni
In a mixing glass, stir down 25ml Romy’s Edition, 25ml Campari or Aperol and 25ml Dry or Sweet
Vermouth with plenty of ice until well blended and diluted to taste. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass
and garnish with an orange wedge or a slice of ripe mango.
Bartender Serve: Indian Summer
Add 25ml Romy’s Edition, 25ml coconut water, 15ml ginger wine, 7ml fresh lime juice, 8 black peppercorns
and 8 coriander seeds to a shaker with plenty of ice. Shake vigorously until chilled, then double strain
into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a fresh coriander leaf
