A classic martini using the fabulous award winning Lumber London Dry whilst using the very same Spanish dried orange peel that goes in as a botanical for 8 hours, to create a gin and curacao hybrid that requires no added sugar.
Further to this, we’ve added both sweet and dry vermouth – both by our friends at Bramley and Gage to give what we believe to be the perfect balance of juniper, citrus and dryness for this iconic cocktail.
